Auto Arena is a bite-sized auto-battler party RPG you can play free in your browser with no download and no sign-up. Recruit a band of glowing Glimmer gem-heroes and slot them across two front and three back positions, then pick exactly one upgrade from a three-card pre-fight draft: level up a hero, bolt on gear like +ATK, +HP, attack speed or crit, or trigger a one-fight team buff such as a shield, heal or damage boost. Tap Fight and the real show begins as your party auto-battles the shadowy Murk, firing signature ult attacks, landing crits and collapsing enemy lines while you read the fight. Every win drops gold to level and unlock new heroes like the tank Bastion, sharpshooter Skarn, twin-blade Pyra and healer Thornroot, and each cleared stage climbs a fifteen-stage ladder guarded by Murklord bosses every five stages. Beat stage fifteen to win the run, then push into an escalating Endless mode or crank the difficulty with Ascension. Between runs, spend Glimmer Shards at the Glimmer Shrine on permanent upgrades so every attempt starts stronger. With x1/x2/x4 speed control, hand-drawn vector art, English and Chinese support and quick five-to-ten-minute runs, it is easy to start and hard to put down. Smart positioning and draft picks decide every battle.

How to play

Desktop: click a hero in the roster tray, then click a slot to place or move them across the 2 front and 3 back positions. Click one of the three draft cards to take its upgrade, or use keys 1, 2 and 3 to pick. Press Space (or click FIGHT) to start the auto-battle, and press S to cycle battle speed between x1, x2 and x4. Mobile and touch: tap a roster hero, then tap a slot to place them; tap a draft card to choose your upgrade; tap the FIGHT button to begin; tap the speed toggle to fast-forward. During combat you only watch, so nothing is hidden under your finger. Tips: put tanky heroes like Bastion up front to soak hits and keep ranged heroes like Skarn and healers like Thornroot in the back rows where they survive longer. Check the telegraphed enemy wave shown before each fight and re-slot or pick a counter upgrade to match it. Spend gold to unlock and level heroes between fights, and bank Glimmer Shards at the Glimmer Shrine for permanent boosts before tackling the Murklord bosses on stages 5, 10 and 15.
