Who we are

Juho (juhuibu.com) is a browser games platform operated by ANTSEEK LIMITED. We decide what data the platform collects and why, so we are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at [email protected].

What we collect

If you play without an account: an anonymous device or visitor id, the games you open, and gameplay and engagement events such as plays, session length, scores and screens viewed. If you create an account: the handle you choose and your password, which we store only as a salted hash and never in readable form, plus an email address if you choose to give us one, which is optional. If you buy coins: your order records and every entry in your wallet ledger, meaning top-ups, spends and grants, and the age confirmation you give before your first purchase. Always: your IP address, which we use at the moment of the request to derive an approximate country for fraud checks, regional availability and the geo-guard, and cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember your language and theme.

Why we use it

To run the platform and serve the games; to keep your account and cloud save working across devices; to process a top-up and credit the coins to your wallet; to detect and prevent fraud, chargeback abuse, coin-minting and other misuse; to meet legal, tax and financial record-keeping duties and our sanctions and anti-money-laundering obligations; and to understand in aggregate which games people play so we can improve the catalogue. We do not use your data to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell personal data.

Legal basis and consent

Where a law such as the GDPR applies to you, we rely on: performance of a contract, for your account, your wallet and any purchase you make; our legitimate interests, for security, fraud prevention and aggregate product analytics; legal obligation, for financial records and for sanctions and anti-money-laundering checks; and your consent, where we ask for it, for example for an optional email address. You can withdraw consent at any time, which does not affect processing already carried out.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use a small number of first-party cookies: a session cookie that keeps you signed in, an anonymous visitor id used to recognise returning players, and preference cookies that remember your language and theme. These are set by us, not by an advertising network. We ship with third-party analytics and advertising tags switched off: no Google Analytics, Google Ads or AdSense tag is loaded unless the operator supplies its own account id, and no such id ships by default. Your IP address is resolved to a country on our own servers using an offline database; the raw IP is not stored alongside your gameplay events and is never sent to a third-party lookup service.

Who we share it with

Our payment provider, when you top up: it collects your payment details on its own hosted page and tells us only whether the payment succeeded, so that we can credit your coins. Our hosting and content-delivery providers, which run the servers and store the data on our instructions. Law enforcement, a regulator or a court, where we are legally required to disclose, and our payment provider where it is investigating a dispute or a chargeback. That is the whole list. We never sell your personal data and we do not share it with data brokers or advertising networks.

International transfers

Juho is available in several countries, so your data may be processed on servers, or by providers, outside the country you live in. Where we move personal data across a border we do it only to run the service described here, only with providers bound to protect it, and with the safeguards the applicable law requires.

How long we keep it

Order records and wallet ledger entries are financial records: we keep them for as long as tax, accounting and anti-money-laundering law requires, which is typically several years, and that applies even after an account is closed. Your account details are kept while the account is open. Gameplay and engagement events are kept in a capped or aggregated form and are pruned as they age. When we no longer need data for a purpose set out in this policy, and no law requires us to keep it, we delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask us to give you a copy of the data we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, delete it, give you a portable export of it, restrict or object to how we use it, or withdraw a consent you gave. Write to [email protected] from the address linked to your account, or tell us your account handle, and we will respond within the time the applicable law allows. Two limits we want to be upfront about: we cannot delete order and ledger records we are legally required to retain, and closing your account does not refund or preserve any coin balance. If you think we have handled your data badly, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

Buying coins or paid items is not for people under 18. You must confirm you are 18 or older before your first purchase, and that confirmation is stored on our servers rather than only in your browser. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children in order to sell to them. If you believe a child has given us personal data, write to [email protected] and we will remove it.

Security

Passwords are stored only as salted hashes produced by a memory-hard algorithm, never as readable text. Traffic to the platform is encrypted with TLS. Card and payment credentials never reach our servers at all: they are entered on our payment provider's own hosted page, which keeps us within the smallest PCI DSS scope, SAQ-A. The wallet is an append-only ledger, so a balance is the sum of recorded entries and history cannot be quietly rewritten. No system is perfectly secure and we will not pretend otherwise, but we do commit to these measures and to acting on problems we find.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the platform changes. The date at the top always shows the current version. If a change materially affects your rights, we will make it noticeable rather than quietly editing the page.
