Purchase and Top-up Agreement

What you are buying

You are buying a limited, personal, non-transferable and revocable licence to use coins and virtual items inside Juho. You are not buying money and you are not making a deposit. Coins are not stored value, not electronic money, not a payment instrument and not a claim against us for cash: they cannot be redeemed for money, withdrawn, sold or transferred to anyone else, and they have no value outside the platform. Pricing and currency

Everything is priced and charged in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Coins are sold at a strict fixed rate of 1 SGD = 100 coins. Every pack and every custom amount uses that same rate, so a larger purchase never buys a better rate. The fixed packs are S$1, S$5, S$10 and S$50, and you may instead enter any custom amount from S$1 to S$1000 per transaction. The price and the coin count shown on the confirmation screen are the price we charge and the coins we credit. Your bank or card issuer may apply its own currency conversion or fees, which we do not control. Any taxes that apply are handled as the law requires.

Your authorisation

When you confirm a purchase you authorise us, through our payment provider, to charge the stated amount to the payment method you choose, and you confirm that the payment method is yours or that you have the account holder's permission to use it. Your card or payment credentials are entered on the provider's own hosted checkout page and are handled by the provider; they never pass through our servers and are never stored by us.

Delivery of coins

Coins are credited to your account as soon as the payment provider confirms the payment to us. That confirmation is a signed server-to-server notification that we verify, not the page you are redirected back to, so a failed redirect or a browser you close too early does not cost you your coins. Because delivery is immediate and digital, the purchase is performed as soon as the coins land in your wallet. If a payment is confirmed but the coins do not appear, contact us with your order number and we will put it right.

Refunds

Coins are non-refundable once spent, and a virtual item that has been delivered or consumed cannot be returned. An unspent coin balance may be refundable under our Refund Policy, and a duplicate or erroneous charge is always refunded in full. Nothing in this agreement removes a mandatory statutory right you have where you live. The Refund Policy has the details, including how to ask and how long we take.

Chargebacks and disputes

If something is wrong with a charge, please contact us first at [email protected] with your order number, because we can almost always fix it faster than a bank dispute. If you raise a chargeback instead, we may suspend your account while it is investigated and reverse or revoke the coins and items that the disputed payment paid for. We cooperate fully with the payment provider's dispute process and supply the order and ledger records showing what was bought and when. Raising a chargeback for a purchase you did make and did receive is a breach of these terms.

Fairness and odds disclosure

Some cosmetic items can be obtained from randomised crates, and we disclose exactly how they work. A crate yields in-game cosmetic items only: it never awards cash, the items cannot be cashed out, and they cannot be traded or transferred to another player, so there is no real-world prize. The exact drop probability of every item is published in the product before you buy, and those published odds are computed from the same weights the server actually samples, so the disclosed odds and the real odds cannot drift apart. A pity counter is shown and guarantees the top rarity within a stated number of pulls, and a duplicate of a one-time cosmetic converts into a fair, documented coin refund, so no pull is dead. Every item in a crate can also be bought outright for a fixed coin price: randomisation is never the only way to obtain it. Crates are priced in coins, require the same age confirmation as any other purchase, and are disabled in jurisdictions that restrict paid crates, where direct purchase remains available. We do not present a result as a near miss.

This is not gambling

Juho does not offer gambling, betting, wagering, lotteries, raffles or any game of chance played for money or for anything of monetary value, and it operates no casino, sportsbook or prize draw. The only randomised feature on the platform is the cosmetic crate described above, and it is not gambling. You always receive an in-game cosmetic item of the stated category — never money and never a cash-equivalent prize. What you receive can never be cashed out, sold, traded or transferred to another player, so it holds no value outside the game and cannot be won or lost as money. Every crate item is also sold directly at a fixed coin price, so opening a crate is a matter of preference, never the only way to obtain an item. The exact odds and a guaranteed pity limit are published before you pay. Coins are a licence to use features, never a stake, a deposit or redeemable value. Where a jurisdiction treats paid randomised items as gambling, crates are disabled there and direct purchase remains available.

Verification, fraud and anti-money-laundering

We may ask you to verify your identity, your age or the source of your funds before or after a purchase, and we may limit, delay, refuse or reverse any transaction we reasonably suspect involves fraud, an unauthorised or stolen payment method, money laundering or terrorist financing, or a breach of sanctions. We may cap top-up volume for the same reasons. Where the law requires it, we report suspicious activity to our payment provider and to the competent authority, and we may be prohibited from telling you that we have done so.

Who may buy

You must be at least 18 years old and hold a Juho account to buy or hold coins, and we ask you to confirm your age before your first purchase. You must also meet the eligibility criteria in the Terms of Service, including its sanctions, embargo and restricted-party requirements, which apply in full to every purchase and are not narrowed by this agreement. We may refuse or reverse a purchase from a jurisdiction we do not serve or cannot lawfully serve.

Failed and duplicate payments

If a payment fails you are not charged and no coins are credited. Each order is processed exactly once: our payment notifications are idempotent, so if the provider retries a notification, or a duplicate arrives, it is recognised as the same payment and can never charge you twice or credit the coins twice. If your statement nonetheless shows a duplicate charge for a single order, contact us with the order number and we will refund the duplicate in full.
