Tower Defense is a fixed-path build-and-defend strategy game you can play free in your browser, no download required. Waves of creeps march along a winding, pre-set route toward your base, and your job is to line that path with towers that stop them before they leak through. Tap any buildable cell to place one of three tower types — Rapid for steady single-target fire, Splash for clustered crowds, and Slow to chill enemies so the rest of your line can chew them down — then let them auto-target and fire. Every kill pays gold, and spending it well is the whole puzzle: widen your coverage, or pour it into upgrading a key tower into a wall of damage? Built towers can be upgraded or sold as the threat shifts, so your layout evolves wave to wave. Survive fifteen escalating waves — faster, tougher, more numerous foes — to win the map, then ride an endless ramp purely for score. Each creep that reaches the end costs a life, and losing them all ends the run. It's approachable, readable, and quietly deep, rewarding smart placement and gold discipline over twitch reflexes.

How to play

Tap or click a green buildable cell to open the tower picker and place a Rapid, Splash, or Slow tower — they aim and fire automatically at enemies on the path. Tap a tower you've already built to upgrade it (stronger, longer range) or sell it to reclaim gold and reposition. Kills earn gold, so spend deliberately. Press the Start Wave button (or Space on desktop) to send the next wave when you're ready. Tips: cover corners and long straights where enemies spend the most time in range; place a Slow tower early on the path so every tower after it gets extra shots on chilled creeps; and don't over-build — a couple of well-upgraded towers usually beat many weak ones. Guard your lives; each leak is permanent.
