No cash value

Coins have no cash value. They are a limited licence to access digital features and items on the platform — not money, credit, or a financial instrument.

No cash-out or transfer

Coins cannot be exchanged back into money, withdrawn, sold, or transferred to another person for value. They can only be spent inside the platform.

Non-refundable once spent

Coins are non-refundable once spent. Virtual items bought with coins are final, and consumed items cannot be returned. See the Refund Policy for unspent balances.

Pricing

Coins are sold at a fixed rate of 1 SGD = 100 coins. Prices are shown in Singapore Dollars and include any taxes required by law.

Availability and changes

We may add, change, or retire items and features. If we discontinue the platform we will follow the applicable law regarding any unspent balance.
