Terms of Service

Eligibility

To use our services you must meet the following eligibility criteria: you must be at least 18 years old to buy coins or paid items; you must not be located in, or a resident or national of, any country subject to a U.S. government embargo, or designated by the U.S. government as a “terrorist supporting” country; and you must not be listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties. We also do not offer the platform, purchases or coin top-ups in jurisdictions subject to international sanctions or to our payment provider's restrictions, currently North Korea, Iran, Cuba, Sudan, South Sudan, Syria, Russia, Crimea and the Ukrainian territories of Zaporizhzhia, Kherson, Luhansk and Donetsk, and any other country or territory subject to international sanctions. We may also restrict, suspend or refuse access to the platform, to purchases or to coin top-ups in any jurisdiction where we do not offer the service, where verification fails, or where doing so would be unlawful.

Using the platform

You may play games for free without an account. Some features — cloud save, coins and paid items — need a free account. Keep your login details secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.

Accounts

Provide accurate information and use the platform lawfully. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt fraud, or break these terms.

Purchases and coins

Coins are a virtual currency you can buy and spend inside the platform, at a fixed rate of 1 SGD = 100 coins. See the Virtual Currency Terms and the Refund Policy for full details.

Age

You must be 18 or older to buy coins or paid items. We ask you to confirm your age before your first purchase.

Content and conduct

Don’t misuse the platform, interfere with other players, or try to exploit the wallet or payment systems. We may remove content or access that breaks these rules.

Prohibited conduct

You must not: use a stolen, unauthorised or other person's payment method; commit or attempt fraud, or use the platform to launder money or move criminal proceeds; sell, buy, trade or broker coins, items or accounts for real money or anything else of value outside the platform; exploit a bug, race condition or flaw in the wallet, the gacha or the leaderboards to obtain coins, items or rankings you did not pay for or earn; use bots, scripts, automation or emulation to play, to farm rewards or to manipulate rankings; reverse-engineer, decompile or tamper with the platform, its games or its payment flow; probe, scan or overload our systems; or upload, post or link to content that is unlawful or infringes someone else's rights. Breaking these rules is the fastest way to lose your account and your balance.

Intellectual property

The platform and the games, including their code, artwork, audio, text and branding, are owned by ANTSEEK LIMITED and are protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and play them for your own entertainment. That licence is all you get: buying coins or items transfers ownership of nothing, and you may not copy, distribute, modify, sell, sublicense, host or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our permission.

Game copyright and ownership

Every game on Juho, including its game code, artwork, animation, audio, user-interface design and all other content, is an original work created for and owned by ANTSEEK LIMITED. Our games are not licensed from, affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any third-party game publisher, and any third-party name or mark that may appear remains the property of its respective owner. Where the platform or a game includes third-party open-source components, those components are used under their respective open-source licences and remain the property of their authors. What you receive is a limited, personal, non-transferable and revocable licence to play: no ownership of any game, coin or virtual item ever transfers to you.

Randomised cosmetic crates

Some cosmetic items can be obtained from randomised crates bought with coins. Crates award in-game cosmetics only, with no cash value, no cash-out and no trading between players. We publish the exact drop odds before you buy, show a pity counter that guarantees the top rarity within a stated number of pulls, convert duplicates into a coin refund, and also sell every crate item outright for a fixed coin price. Crates require the same age confirmation as any other purchase and are disabled where a jurisdiction restricts them. The Purchase and Top-up Agreement sets this out in full.

Verification and anti-money-laundering

We may verify your identity, your age or the source of your funds, and we may limit, delay, refuse or reverse any transaction we reasonably suspect involves fraud, an unauthorised payment method, money laundering, terrorist financing or a breach of sanctions. Where the law requires it, we report suspicious activity to our payment provider and to the competent authority, and we may be prohibited from telling you. The Purchase and Top-up Agreement explains how this applies to a specific payment.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the platform or close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or if we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse or a risk to other players. What happens to your coins depends on why. If we suspend or close your account for fraud, chargeback abuse, exploiting the wallet or the gacha, or trading coins for real money, you forfeit your remaining coins and the items obtained that way, and we may revoke items already granted. If we terminate for a reason that is not your fault, or you close the account yourself, you can ask about an unspent balance under the Refund Policy. In every case coins already spent are gone, and closing an account does not by itself trigger a refund.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The platform and the games are provided as is and as available. We do not promise that they will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any game, item or feature will stay available forever. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, lost data, or the lost value of virtual coins or items. Our total liability to you for any claim connected with the platform is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before the event that gave rise to the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or under the mandatory consumer law that applies to you.

Changes

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continuing to use it after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong. If a mandatory consumer law in your country of residence entitles you to bring proceedings where you live, or to the protection of your own country's law, this clause does not take that away.
